As part of our sustainability strategy, we have expanded our heat supply system with a modern electric heat pump.
The system operates using efficient inverter technology and automatically adjusts its output to actual demand. This optimizes energy consumption while ensuring stable and highly efficient operation.
Heat is generated from ambient air, and the use of an environmentally friendly refrigerant further supports the reduction of climate-relevant emissions.
By implementing this solution, we are reducing the use of fossil fuels and thereby lowering our direct emissions (Scope 1).
In combination with our photovoltaic system and the sourcing of 100% renewable electricity, we are also making a measurable contribution to reducing our indirect emissions from purchased energy (Scope 2).
This investment strengthens our long-term, future-proof energy supply and supports our ESG objectives in line with CSRD requirements.
