In 2016, we moved into our new company building just outside of Hamburg. The focus of this training as a process mechanic in our company is on demanding tasks in the field of injection molding.

Your duties will include:

  • Control and monitoring of machines and systems to manufacture rubber and plastic products
  • Maintenance activities and quality assurance
  • Machining of metallic materials
  • Machining and non-cutting machining of rubber and plastics
  • Joining and forming, mechanical joining, plastic bending and gluing

Your profile:

  • Good understanding of technology and natural sciences, especially chemistry
  • Solid basic knowledge of mathematics & Physics
  • Handicraft skills and accuracy, interest in technology
  • Willingness to learn and friendly and committed work in a team
  • Real school certificate (middle school leaving certificate) – degree “satisfactory”, alternative Very good to good secondary school leaving certificate
  • Organizational skills and independent working methods
  • Team spirit and good communication skills
