As a supplement to our homogeneous elastomers from freehand and molded article production, we offer our customers our casting technology with so-called cast elastomers.
This refers to polyurethane and Vulkollan®, which we process in a Shore hardness range of 30 to 98 ShoreA for polyurethane and 70 to 96 ShoreA for Vulkollan®. We process original Vulkollan® D15 and other high-performance polyurethanes, the hardness and properties of which can be individually adjusted depending on customer requirements and intended use.

The patented Möllering Protection Roundness System MPRS
Flap wheels (so-called no-crush rollers) enable the transport of very sensitive materials, which would normally be damaged by conventional wheels and rollers, thanks to the special spoke construction. Thanks to the patented Möllering Protection-Roundness-System MPRS with a smooth transition from the running surface to the front side (without sharp edges), imprints on sensitive corrugated cardboard are greatly reduced in the event of a possible tilting of the flap wheels at high production speeds. This can prevent rejects and complaints.
Cast article made of polyurethane in 2-component technology
We also manufacture molded parts in the so-called 2K technology. This means that we process two different polyurethanes: e.g. a hard material for a roller core and a soft material for the tread. We can also combine polyurethanes with different advantages, such as higher temperature resistance with particularly good coefficients of friction.
Inexpensive moulds
By using inexpensive casting molds, we can produce almost any geometries of molded parts for our customers. We also use our casting technology for the production of sheets in the various high-performance polyurethanes, also in special hardnesses of less than 70 ShoreA, and use them for the mechanical or CNC-controlled production of drawing parts.
