Girls Day 2025

This week, we were once again able to welcome numerous interested and committed schoolgirls to this year’s Girls’ Day. Once again this year, the day was all about career guidance and the aim of giving young women an insight into technical and manual professions. In our case, the day revolved around the career field of process mechanic for plastics and rubber technology.

At various stations, the participants got to know different areas of work – from rubber molded part production to water jet technology and mechanical processing of rubber. Under appropriate guidance, they were even able to get involved themselves, ask questions and gain their first practical experience. Each participant was able to produce her own component and take it home with pride.

In addition to the practical work, there was also time to share experiences from everyday work. In a relaxed atmosphere, our in-house popcorn machine was fired up at the end and we were able to talk about career prospects at Möllering. We are particularly pleased that so many of the participants took part in the day with such great interest and enthusiasm.

We would like to thank all participants for their interest and curiosity – and of course our team for the dedicated preparation and implementation of Girls’ Day. It is important to us to promote young talent and show them ways into exciting professional fields.

We are already looking forward to Girls’ Day 2026!
