From Apprentice to Quality & Compliance Manager
We couldn’t be prouder: our colleague Marvin Vogt has completed his Bachelor’s degree in International Business Administration with an outstanding result — all while working full-time at Möllering.
Marvin’s journey is a great example of how an apprenticeship at Möllering can be the start of something much bigger. He completed his vocational training as a Wholesale and Foreign Trade Management Clerk with us and, during that time, also earned the additional qualification of “Europakaufmann” (European Business Management Assistant).
He then decided to pursue a part-time Bachelor’s degree in International Business Administration — a path we were glad to support as a company. Balancing a demanding job with academic studies takes discipline, perseverance and a strong sense of personal responsibility. Graduating with a final grade of 1.4 (equivalent to a high distinction) is a remarkable achievement, and one we are proud to celebrate with him.
Since 1 April 2026, Marvin has taken on a new role as Quality & Compliance Manager at Möllering — a key position in a company that has stood for quality “Made in Germany” since 1932 and is certified to ISO 9001.
As a family-owned business, developing our people is not just a statement on paper — it’s part of how we work every day. Stories like Marvin’s show what becomes possible when commitment meets support.
